Multi-day tours 2017

Departing from our kayaking centre in Alma, New Brunswick, FreshAir Adventure explores the longest uninhabited coastline in Eastern Canada – the UNESCO Bay of Fundy Biosphere Reserve. On our two and three-day adventures, guests will kayak along sheer cliffs; enter inlets where streams and rivers have found their way to the Bay, and marvel at the rock outcroppings sculptured by the mighty tides of the Bay of Fundy. Camping is held in secluded coves or on beaches where only the crackling of the fire and the sound of the waves interrupt the silence of the night. Each evening your guides will prepare a meal that brings an end to an exceptional day. You will dine on seafood from the Bay: Atlantic salmon and scallops. For those who are not seafood lovers, there are alternatives.

At every tide, you will rise or fall 10 metres. High tide allows you to poke into sea caves and kayak around sea stacks. At low tide these rock walls and stony fingers are high and dry and you will paddle alongside massive expanses of seaweed lying on the rocks above you.
…A new experience with every tide.
