Reservations are required for guaranteed spots on all FreshAir Adventure tours. Reservations help us determine the number of guides we need to ensure that our groups remain manageable and our guests enjoy their tours in a safe environment.
For all of our Day Tours (including the Half, Full, Riverwalk and Surfski Tours),if you need to cancel, you must call a minimum of 24 hours ahead of your scheduled tour start time for a full refund. There are no refunds for cancellations made less than 24 hours before your tour, or if you do not to show up.
Please note, if you have made a reservation for a group, and need to change or amend the number of participants, this change must also be made 24 hours in advance of your tour time, otherwise and you will be charged for any absent members (as per the conditions of the day tour cancellation policy in the sentence above).
For our Multi-day Tours (including our Two and Three-Day Tours), any cancellation or amendment to the number of participants must be made a minimum of 10 days in advance of the tour for a full refund, less a $100 administration fee (and any fee incurred if you have used the online Stripe payment system). In the event of a cancellation less than 10 days in advance – no refund will be extended.
If FreshAir Adventure cancels a tour because of weather, safety considerations, or insufficient numbers, a full refund of all paid deposits will be extended to our guests – excepting any administrative fees collected for the online Stripe credit card payment system.
PRICES AND ADDITIONAL FEES
All prices listed are “pre-tax” prices. When you make your reservation online, the relevant taxes are added to the bill before you pay. The tax rate in New Brunswick, Canada, is 15%.
Our online Stripe credit card payment services charge a processing fee of 3% which will be added to your bill. If you choose not to use our online booking services to make your reservation, we would be happy to manage your reservations and payment details by phone or by email (our toll-free number is 1-800-545-0020). Or if you are in the neighbourhood, please drop by! Our office hours are 8:00am to 8:00pm from May until September.
TOUR APPROVAL AND PAYMENT
When you complete your booking online, there may be a short delay before you receive an email confirming your trip. This is because FreshAir Adventure reviews every reservation in advance of confirmation and payment.
For the safety and comfort of all our guests, FreshAir Adventure staff will carefully review reservations for youth and families prior to approving the trip to be certain that we have you listed in the most appropriate tour (given our typical weather conditions and our tidal range). We will call you if we have any questions or concerns about your choice, therefore it is very important that you provide us with a contact number to call. Our first priority is your safety.
Weather on the Bay of Fundy can be challenging, and strong winds are our chief concern. Guests should review the Trip Rating Page before choosing their Adventure so that they are confident in their choice.
Once your reservation has been approved, and if you are using our credit-card payment system, your card will be charged for the full price of the tour. If you are providing your payment details by phone, your reservation will only be approved once payment is received.

FreshAir Adventure Ltd carries peanuts on our tours. Please let us know in advance if you have a dangerous peanut allergy so that we can prevent contamination in our picnic bags.
