Is there anything better than a tour of the Bay of Fundy’s beautiful coastline by kayak? What could eclipse the experience of paddling through a tidal cycle, from high to low, as the ocean slowly uncovers hidden coves and leaves knotted-rack covered boulders to lumber like mastodons on the pebble strewn beaches?
Why all of that AND an amazing seafood barbecue, featuring lobster, scallops and oysters from local and Atlantic Canadian waterways.
From the patio of Kayak Fundy, overlooking the Upper Salmon River salt-water estuary, Dominic Beland of Queen’s Farm Fundy will prepare a seafood experience like none you’ve ever had. Relax over your leisurely lunch and wash it down with a couple of local New Brunswick craft beers, or a glass or two of our specialty wine spritzer featuring local Waterside Winery Rhubarb wine. We challenge you to save room to polish it all off with a dessert pavlova with seasonal NB blueberries.
