RESERVATIONS

Reservations are required for all Kayak Fundy tours. This helps us assign the right number of guides to keep groups small, safe, and enjoyable for everyone.

CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES

  • Cancel or reduce your group size at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your tour, or no-shows, are non-refundable
  • Group size changes must also be made 24 hours ahead, or you’ll be charged for absent participants

If We Cancel Your Tour: If Kayak Fundy cancels due to weather, safety concerns, or insufficient numbers, we offer you the following options:

  • Reschedule to another date that works for you
  • Switch to the Molly Kool Estuary Tour, which is protected from high winds and often available when bay conditions are too rough
  • Full refund of all paid deposits (minus any third-party credit card processing fees)

PRICES & FEES

All prices listed are before tax. When you book online, the following will be added:

  • HST (Harmonized Sales Tax): 15%
  • Booking processing fee: Charged by our third-party booking platform, Fareharbour (5% at last reference).

TOUR CONFIRMATIONS & SAFETY

  • After you book, we may contact you to confirm your tour is the right fit for your group.
  • Our priority is your safety and enjoyment. We review all reservations, especially for families and youth, to ensure the tour matches your group’s needs and abilities. If weather creates challenging conditions, we’ll reach out to discuss rescheduling or alternative options.
  • Please provide a phone number that we can reach you at while you are travelling, so we can reach you if needed.
